    Company update

    Volaris

    WIELAND is advancing well on the Volaris multi-family project. The development is strategically located off of US 127, just minutes from downtown Lansing and less than a mile from the new McLaren Hospital, which is also under construction.  Volaris consists of four, 4-story buildings totaling 289 apartment units. The new build began April 2025 and is expected to be completed in January 2021. #WIELANDBuilds #ExcellenceInConstruction
